COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Here is some of my volunteer experience.

NEIGHBORHOOD MINISTER

As a common practice of my faith, visited with my neighbors on a regular basis to watch out for them and make sure their needs were met.

ECCLESIASTIC LEADER

Organized service opportunities for faith members to help their neighbors. Visited faith members in their homes to counsel and befriend them.

SCOUTMASTER

Taught a dozen young men life skills once a week. Went on occasional camping trips with them. Helped them organize fundraisers. Taught them to be leaders.

EAGLE SCOUT COACH

Worked with young men to provide guidance to help them become Eagle Scouts.

CHURCH ORGANIST

Accompanied a congregation on the chapel organ for weekly hymnals. Practiced to prepare for this. Performed most hymns by ear rather than by sight reading.
